Changes to 2021 Winter Meeting 

Dear AZSRM Membership,

After much discussion the Board of Directors has decided to forego our regular winter meeting format. Instead, our winter meeting will be an abbreviated (virtual) version. The meeting agenda will consist of:

•           General membership meeting.

•           Awards Presentation.

•           Changing of officers.

There is no registration fee.

We urge you to participate and there are many items where your feedback is needed. One such item is regarding our sections role in planning and assisting with the 2022 National Winter meeting in Albuquerque, NM.

Meeting date is scheduled for February 4th, 2021 5pm – 8pm. The meeting will begin at 5pm. However, people can start joining at 4:30pm to test connectivity.
